The new year has finally arrived. After the past few weeks of going from holiday party to holiday party, you’ve probably over-indulged.
Now don’t get me wrong, I’m all about #TreatingYoSelf, but I know that after eating too much and exercising too little, I start to feel pretty tired. With the new year, it’s important to remember the health of both your body and mind, and do things that make you feel good! With that, I wanted to share a few (FREE) workout sites and plans that I’m planning to use in the upcoming weeks.

This site started as a YouTube channel from pilates instructor Cassey Ho. Each month, Cassey shares a workout calendar with videos to help you stay on track. The website also features posts with healthy food alternatives. My favorite part about Blogilates is Cassey’s focus on being the healthiest you. Instagram and Facebook can get you down with pictures of impossible beauty standards, and Cassey is here to remind you that you’re perfect the way you are… as long as you’re getting in some workouts and eating healthy, of course.
Cosmo’s 28 Day Butt Challenge:
Some of us need short term goals to keep us motivated, so here’s one for you people. This easy 6 minute workout (5 moves for one minute with 15 seconds of rest) is a simple, motivating and attainable goal for those with little time in the day. I’m about 2 weeks in and am loving it!
Popsugar has a great site with lots of various video workouts! From hip hop dances to pilates to workouts for moms, there are thousands of choices to choose from.
