Shaq’s Workout Challenge

The new year has finally arrived. After the past few weeks of going from holiday party to holiday party, you’ve probably over-indulged.

Now don’t get me wrong, I’m all about #TreatingYoSelf, but I know that after eating too much and exercising too little, I start to feel pretty tired. With the new year, it’s important to remember the health of both your body and mind, and do things that make you feel good! With that, I wanted to share a few (FREE) workout sites and plans that I’m planning to use in the upcoming weeks.

7 questions with chloe

Google Chrome is my default browser for all of my devices, including my MacBook Air, Chromebook, and Galaxy Note 5, for several reasons. I absolutely love that I can retrieve bookmarks, tabs, and even my browsing history for any of these devices anywhere. It’s definitely the first app I install on any new device, and one that I use every single day.

Q. What will you do at Cutline?
At Cutline, I’ll be doing my best to live up to the amazing reputation of the rockstars who already make up this agency as an account coordinator.

Q. What's your greatest moment in PR so far?
I’m not sure I can think of a specific moment, but seeing your hard work result in a glowing story for your client is always a great moment. That’s one of the things I love most about this industry -- your work generates tangible results.

Q. Who do you love to follow on Twitter and why?
Being a 90s baby, I do love to follow The 90s Life (@The90sLife), because who doesn’t love being reminded of those epic all-denim outfits. Also, the pop-culture junky in me can’t help but follow E! Entertainment (@e_entertainment), to get my daily celebrity fix.

Q. What's the one gadget service you wish someone would come up with?
I would absolutely love if someone created a fitness/health service that examined your body and determined your health goals, and then partnered with a food service (like Blue Apron maybe?) and a fitness service (possibly SoulCycle?) to lay out a schedule for you to reach your personal goals in a certain time period. You could pay a service fee that would cover each partner in the process, and find a fitness regime that is perfect for you! Seems easy enough, right?

Q. Android, iPhone, or other?
iPhone all the way, sorry Android lovers!

Q. What's your favorite thing about living in the Bay Area?
My favorite thing about living in the Bay Area is the endless amount of activities I’m able to dive into. For example, I’m going to a mac and cheese festival this weekend - if that isn’t exciting, I don’t know what is.

Q. What do you love to do when you're not working?
When I’m not working, I love to travel. Getting lost in different countries and immersing myself in foreign cultures is a huge passion of mine, one that I think will never go away. I’ve been lucky enough to travel to 20 countries around the world, my favorite being England and the most interesting being Japan. If you can (and haven’t already), I highly recommend jumping on a plane and getting your travel feet wet - you won’t regret it!
