10 Questions With Daily

One of our favorite parts of welcoming a new teammate is learning about the unique experiences and passions they bring to the Cutline Crew.

Daily, our newest account coordinator, is no exception. A world traveller and all-star youth cheerleading coach, Daily loves pushing herself and others to grow. Scroll on to learn how Daily finds inspiration in her career, from dancing and painting to sipping Olipops in the afternoon.

What was your first job?

My first full-time job was working with a few friends on a paint crew at an industrial factory after my freshman year of college. The job itself wasn’t glamorous at all (it was actually quite disgusting at times!), but being together made any situation fun. While we were being covered from head to toe in paint and grime, we also danced, sang broadway songs, and played truth or dare. I also became a pretty good painter.

Who has influenced you most when it comes to how you approach your work?

My Dad taught me the value of learning from others and pushing yourself to grow. He teaches as an adjunct professor at a university and law school, and I love seeing the joy he gets from sharing his career successes and passions with his students. I’ve learned the best teachers are those who have been in your shoes. I’m so excited to learn from my new teammates at Cutline!

Why PR and storytelling?

I love the versatility of the industry. PR calls for creative and innovative storytelling, which can go in so many directions. Some of my favorite PR tactics include in-person promo or educational events, media packages, and speaking engagements. I love how our efforts help shape how the world perceives a brand — it's really exciting to be a part of that narrative. I’m always inspired by the ever-changing trends and strategies we can use to turn our clients’ dreams into reality.

What’s your go-to productivity trick?

I love to give myself little rewards throughout the day. My coffee in the morning is a must, and I’ve also been sipping on an Olipop soda in the afternoons. I love having a space that makes me feel calm and inspired, so I recently gave my home office a decor revamp!

Where is the most inspiring place you've visited?

Amsterdam! I went with six of my best friends from college right before the pandemic. It was our first time in Europe, so exploring a new place together was such a special memory. I loved the architecture and history packed into the city, and hope to someday go back in the spring and visit the tulip festival.

What do you love to do when you're not working?

Exploring the world is one of my top priorities and hobbies, and I love to travel. I’m always researching and planning future travel destinations (Switzerland and Croatia are up next).

I also spend a lot of time coaching all-star youth cheerleading. I coach tumbling classes and I’m a head coach of a junior level team. I love pushing my athletes to be better while sharing my passion for the sport!

If you won a million dollars, what would you do with the money?

I would love to be able to treat my family to a big European vacation, and I would hire a production crew to film the entire trip and make a series about us. I would also adopt a few wiener dogs, I absolutely adore them.

Any guilty pleasures?

Reality TV — I just can’t get enough of it! My favorite shows are Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Big Brother, and Jersey Shore.

If you could have dinner with anyone, who would you choose and why?

Shay Mitchell, I love all her social media accounts. Her content is so authentic, showcasing the reality of her business, motherhood, and personal life without over glamorizing things. Getting to chat with her and hear advice about how to juggle everything in life would be amazing.

How do you like to end your day?

My favorite nighttime routine includes making dinner with my husband, Chase (we love HelloFresh), watching a show while eating ice cream, and scrolling on TikTok before bed.
